Matthew Hoult has been a director of Pioneer Lifts since its incorporation and leads in field and technical operations.
Before Pioneer he was a branch manager for one of the major national lift firms, with responsibility for Birmingham and the West Midlands. Prior to that, he worked for Excelsior Lifts, managing installation and modernisation projects.
Matthew also worked on various high profile projects as Lift Tester and Technician with another national firm. Before this, he was with Bennie Lifts where he started as an apprentice.
Gareth McIndoe is a founding director of Pioneer Lifts. With Matt, he has grown the business from its inception. He was previously a general manager with one of the major national firms with responsibility for UK service operations.
Prior to that, Gareth worked as a manager within lift maintenance and modernisation. Before entering the lift industry he graduated from Durham University with an MBA. He formerly served as an Army Infantry Officer for seven years.
